At Design Designing Home Inc. we value transparency and fairness in all our business dealings. Please

1. Contractual Payments

• Once a contract has been signed between the client and Design Designing Home Inc. all payments
  are non-refundable.
• Work will only commence after the contract has been signed and payment has been received.

1. Pre-Contract Payments

• Any payments made before signing a contract are considered deposits only.
• These pre-contract payments are 100% refundable within thirty (30) days of the payment date.
• After 30 days, such payments will no longer be eligible for a refund.

1. No Refunds After Contract Signing

• Once a contract is signed, the client acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued under
